“As someone who bikes and drives throughout Pittsburgh, including in the Strip District , I do not feel that a bike lane there is warranted and that there are other solutions available. I also think that turning Penn Avenue into a single traffic lane will destroy much of the urban fabric that has evolved there and that constitutes it’s charm.”
